Cancellation Policy
DigiMar Concepts Booking Policy At DigiMar Concepts, we value your time and ours. This booking policy ensures that all appointments and service requests are handled smoothly and professionally. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking Appointments - All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance to allow for proper preparation. - Bookings can be made through our official website, email, or approved scheduling platforms. - A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is received and approved. 2. Service Requests - Clients are encouraged to clearly state the service required when booking (e.g., executive assistance, social media management, data entry, content writing, design support). - For custom or bundled services, a consultation may be required before the booking is finalized. 3. Deposits and Payments - A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. The balance is due upon completion of the service or as outlined in the service agreement. - Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved payment methods. - Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling - Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled service will be refunded, less any processing fees. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable. - Clients may reschedule once at no additional cost if notified at least 24 hours in advance. 5. Late Arrivals and No-Shows - For meetings or consultations, a grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. - If a client does not show up after the grace period and no notice is given, the booking will be considered a no-show, and deposits will be forfeited. 6. Turnaround Time - Service delivery timelines will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking. - Urgent or expedited requests may incur an additional fee. 7. Confidentiality - All client information, documents, and communications will be handled with the strictest confidentiality. - DigiMar Concepts will not disclose client information to third parties without consent. 8. Policy Updates - DigiMar Concepts reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of changes before they take effect.
