Getting started is pretty simple. You can fill out our online service request form by scanning the QR Code on the contact page or simply filling it our manually. Or you can email us a message with your needs. You can schedule a quick consultation on the services page of our website, to better understand your goals and provide you with a business proposal. Some consultations are free. However, we do charge a fee for selected plans such as; radio station design and setup, business websites, Google my Business Setup and Google Analytics Setup and Professional eBook Services. Kindly note that the contracted period for each professional business plan is binding to the first three (3) months. Once all the processes have been completed, we will send you an agreement via email and an invoice will also be emailed to you.

Yes, we do. DigiMar Concepts offers flexible monthly VA packages designed to fit your workload and budget. You can choose from: • Basic Plan: 20 hours per month (ideal for light admin tasks) • Professional Plan: 30 hours per month (for ongoing business support) • Executive Plan: 40+ hours per month (for full-service virtual assistance) • You can also request a pay as you go, and you can even create a custom plan based on your specific needs for the month. Kindly note that the contracted period for each professional business plan is binding to the first three (3) months.

We accept payments through secure online methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and credit/debit card payments online. For subscription or retainer-based services, payments are billed monthly in advance. Project-based services require a 50% deposit before work begins and the balance upon completion. All other services are paid in full on the website.

We communicate effectively through email, WhatsApp, or your preferred project management tool such as Honey Books, Dubsado, Clickups, Monday, Trello, or even Google Workspace. Completed tasks, designs, and reports are shared securely through Google Drive or your preferred cloud platform.

Yes, absolutely. Confidentiality is a top priority at DigiMar Concepts. All client data, files, and communications are treated as strictly private. We can also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required. Once we have completed projects, all client related data will be deleted forever from our cloud.

You may cancel anytime before the actual project begins by written notice before your next billing cycle. For projects already in progress, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund (as stated in our Digital Product Policy).

Turnaround time depends on the type of service; • Small admin tasks may be completed within 24–48 hours. • Graphic and website design projects usually take 5–10 business days. • Website and Radio site design and setup usually takes Three (3)months. • Time is varied and dependent upon which service/s are requested We always provide a clear timeline once your project details are finalized.

Minor edits are done quickly and free of charge within the agreed period. Additional major changes beyond that can be accommodated at a small extra cost especially if you selected the "Pay as You Go" option.
